What is mills run?
Mills Run is an appartment complex in Cincinati Ohio that sells 2 and 3 bedroom appartments.
what is the issue?
Mills Run underwent a management transition. During the transition a temporary website was necessary.
what is the solution?
I worked with ownership and incoming management to compile a website highling amenities, lifestyle, and policies of the property. The goal was marketing to potential tenants which would ultimately link to applications apartment availability.
First I made some basic sketches and talked with management about the layout.
