Story

Stemmed from the greek myth Orpheus. You journey into the underworld to get back your loved one. You can bring your loved one back only catch is you can't turn back. 

On your way back all the creatures in the underworld try everything in their power to get you to turn around whether it’s voices right behind you and a breeze on the back of your neck and jump scares. This ride will be filled with many references to Greek mythology and possibly other cultures as well

Persephone’s BANQUET

You have been invited by persephone to her bankuet in the underworld as she shows off the vast cuisine of the underworld. Each dish you receive will represent a different section of the underworld.  

The restaurant takes walk-ins but prefers reservations, Persephone’s, Hades and possibly other Greek myths might interact with you as you are dining.

Each dish will try to take inspiration from ancient greek cuisine with the following flavor profiles:

• First course: Tartarus= spicy, smokey

• Second course: Fields of punishment= pallet cleanser muted flavors, colors

• Third course: asphodel meadows= some sort of salad

•  Main dish: choice between 2 dishes 

• Hades dish= dry aged, or fermented ingredients. 

• Persephone's dish= vegetarian dish starring a crop that is in season 

• Desert, isle of the blessed= pomegranate sorbet encased in a chocolate shell made to look like a pomegranate
